SaniPure Solutions LLC ("SaniPure", "we", "us") provides vapor cleaning and sanitizing services in Arizona. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit sanipure.solutions, book a visit, or contact us, and how we use it.

What we collect

• What you give us when you book or contact us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, details about the space or vehicles to be treated, and any notes you add.
• Your answer about texts: whether you agreed to get texts about your visits.
• Service records: the visits we schedule and perform for you, and notes from our technicians.
• Website use: we use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to tell us how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. When you book online, we also record the internet address the booking came from, to stop abuse.

How we use it

• To schedule and perform your service, and to send your confirmation, a reminder before your visit, a heads-up when your technician is on the way, and notices if your visit changes.
• To answer your questions and keep a history of the work we've done for you.
• To improve our website and services, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal and tax requirements.

Texts

We text you only if you agree to get texts, and only about your visits. See our Texting Terms for details. You can reply STOP at any time to stop texts.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from every kind of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our texts for us.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only so they can do that work for us: website hosting (Cloudflare), email delivery (Resend), text delivery (Twilio), scheduling (Housecall Pro), and website analytics (Google). We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and service records as long as we need them to serve you and to meet legal and tax requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we're required to keep it.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop getting texts from us.
• Email or call us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or use Google's opt-out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Children

Our website and services are not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
